This engineering standard establishes the specifications for the shapes, dimensions, materials, and qualities of caution plates to be attached to vehicles and components manufactured by Isuzu Motors Limited.
Remarks 1 Laws, regulations, also OEM client's standards shall prevail over this standard.
2 This standard is not applicable to the letters/characters or symbols which are designed for the decorative purposes and for VIN plates of vehicles to be exported.
3 The safety label is defined in ISA-Q-003Y(with approval) Safety label design standard.

This engineering standard was established for the purpose of commonization of the caution plates.
